For gatherings requiring several locations, we provide a hotel booking center. In this way, your participants only have one action to take to make their priority accommodation choice and they will get their confirmation within a very short period of time. A simple, easy and efficient process.

Shuttle Service
For larger scale gatherings requiring that participants be accommodated at several locations, a shuttle service can be provided between hotels. Commuting times can be reasonably short as hotels are located within a 10-kilometer radius from the Convention Center. Our service includes printing and posting schedules in the lobbys of the accommodation establishments.

Documentation
Depending on the agreement, participants in your meeting can be provided with an information kit complete with a road map, free activities, good restaurants.
It is also possible to set up an information booth on the site of the meeting for the duration of the event or provide a tourist information officer on the first registration day.
