The epicures, sommeliers and artisans at Le Buck and Le Trou du diable have joined forces to create a new upscale restaurant in the heart of historic Old Trois-Rivières, Le Buck: Pub Gastronomique. Because these partners are passionate about Quebec products, their menu features such mouth-watering selections as venison and salmon along with beers from Le Trou du diable. Preference is given to local breeders and vegetable growers. It’s all served up in a charming heritage building dating from 1757.
