What do Long Nose, Mer Ardente, Assoif’Ale, Fontaine du Diable, Ratchet, Viking, and Blanche de Trois-Rivières all have in common? They are all brewed right here in Trois-Rivières! Beer lovers are spoiled for choice with a growing selection of rousse, lager, black, white, strong, light, dry stout, porter varieties, and more of locally brewed favourites. You’ll always find something to enjoy! 

Le Temps d'une Pinte
Great food and artisanal beer is always on the menu at Le Temps d’une Pinte. Dry stout aficionados will love Torréfacteur, while IPA fans will appreciate delicious Long Nose. Let yourself be tempted by a menu featuring Scotch Egg, trout tartar, mock falafels, and their amazing Malakoff a homemade fondue with cheese from F.X. Pichet. And a not-so-secret treat: brunch is served every weekend and holiday. A foodie must for anyone who’s in town!

Groups of over 20 can reserve a tasting to try out the different brews that Gambrinus has on tap. Here’s a tip: Order the Bavaroise, a golden malted beer, with the Snack Anglais featuring cheese fondue made with beer and served with apple slices, veggies, and croutons. Delish!
